Job Description

FINANCIAL RISK AND ICAAP MANAGER £75,000LONDONTHE COMPANY This successful FinTech has been growing significantly and has exciting plans and projects in the pipeline. They are at the forefront of the financial space and this role offers a chance for someone to help lead their financial risk function, working acrosscapital, climate risk and broader financial analysis.THE ROLE Within this, you can expect to work on:

  • Setting and maintaining capital risk appetite and necessary controls
  • Oversight of capital and wider liquidity risk to the bank, with specific ownership for this area including climate risk and broader financials
  • Reviewing and challenging models, stress testing outputs and wider assessment frameworks across the bank
  • Broader work on climate risk data and assumptions and implementation of this across strategic initiatives
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Background in either capital risk/climate risk/prudential risk
  • Essential to have background in consumer lending
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Excel is essential
  • Broader background in 1st or 2nd line risk with a knowledge of UK regulatory standards
SALARY AND BENEFITS
