The role will require you to take on the following responsibilities: All aspects of reporting to FCA, NFA and other regulators including: Quarterly financial (Gabriel) reporting, NFAs 1-FR, Annual FCA fee tariff returns, Ad-hoc surveys (incl. IFRP, Covid, etc.) Ownership of IFRP reporting and all regulatory capital calculations incl. new IFR (K factor) rules. All aspect of trade & transaction reporting including: Daily responsibility for EMIR / MIFIR reporting to Trade Repository to specified timeframes, Testing and independent reconciliation of transaction reporting data, Assess and deliver new transaction reporting developments, ensuring changes are in line with regulations. Ensuring all processes and procedures are constantly reviewed, documented, and updated. For this position you will require the following: 3 years experience in financial services regulatory reporting. Qualified ACA Accountant, with experience of Audit teams Strong knowledge of FCA reporting environment, MiFID and EMIR. Previous working experience in the commodities and financial services sector Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
