Job Description

Interested in furthering your career within a nationally renowned organisation Do you have strong practical experience of Brixx software Would you like to play a crucial role in developing an organisations long term financial plan Then look no further!My client is a large property developer based in London looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their team in a role filled with development opportunities.The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Lead on the yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for allocated business units with a turnover totalling £60m+.
  • Prepare high level reports and present these to senior management and the board.
  • Be responsible for the management of all long-term financial planning.
  • Create and develop complex financial models which will address the impact of potential changes to changes in regulation policies.
  • Manage, train and develop a small team of Analysts.
  • Liaise closely with Executive Directors of various entities.
  • Ensure the wider organisation has a solid understanding of the financial objectives and the challenges and risks connected to these objectives.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced and qualified FP&A specialist now looking to take that next step within a highly commercial finance function for a leading London organisation. This permanent Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role will be based in central London with the offer of flexible working from home arrangements.The successful candidate will have:
  • Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA).
  • Experience of working within a financial planning-based role.
  • First class report writing experience and skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the presence to challenge senior managers effectively.
