Our client, an Australian FMCG Group is seeking a Financial Controls Manager to join their Line 2 function. The position will most likely be based in Sydney, Australia. Reporting to the Head of Internal Controls, the Financial Controls Manager will takeresponsibility for managing teams, leading internal control engagements and building successful relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.Responsibilities Build and design internal controls frameworks, covering core operations including SupplyChain, Finance, HR and Operations etc. Manage small teams, taking responsibility for professional development of direct reports Engage and build successful relationships with with senior stakeholders across the whole business Support the Head of Internal Controlsin planning and delivering the group-wide financial controls programme Requirements Minimum of 6 - 8 Years exposure within Internal controls, internal audit or BIG 4 assurance firm Exposure within FMCG/Manufacturing industry (Or similar) highly preferred BachelorsDegree in Business related Discipline CA/CPA/CIA qualification Exposure to SOX or JSOX is desirable
