Job Description

A superb Financial Controller position has arisen in a leading talent management and sports media business based in the heart of West London.Client DetailsA global Talent, Sports. Media and Agency management business based in the heart of West London near Hammersmith are looking to recruit a Financial Controller to join their UK Finance team.The business manage global media and sports talent from presenters to singers and bands to some of the best known sports stars and athletes. They also manage partnerships on behalf of brands and their clients.DescriptionThe Financial Controller will be responsible for:

  • UK internal and external reporting
  • Oversee the management accounting process
  • Statutory requirements and tax
  • Year-end and audit
  • Management and development of the team
  • Period end close and reporting
  • Bank and cash flow
  • Ensure a robust controls framework
  • Continual improvement of processes and policies
ProfileThe successful Financial Controller will be:
  • A fully qualified accountant
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of IFRS and USGaap
  • Demonstrable post qualified experience in a similar role
  • Able to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytic skills
  • Experience/Ability to manage direct reports
