Financial Controller - £80,000 - £90,000 +Superb Benefits - Based Remotely & London area Are you an ambitious, commercially astute, qualified Accountant currently working a recruitment related/service sector businessDo you have strong communication skills and staff management experienceIf so, this opportunity will enable you to make a tangible difference to an established, driven and commercially astute business.The business have a highly experienced, credible and respected senior management team, who will work closely with you to ensure development for both yourself and the CompanyYou will be overseeing, developing and coaching a team of Management Accountants, getting heavily involved in ensuring there is a robust structure to support commercial decision making.With future international growth underway, you will be joining the business at a key stage. Therefore a confidence in your own ability, a proven history of driving improvements and excellent communication skills are essential to your success.You will need an inquisitive mindset that ensures you look beyond the numbers to challenge how to effectively use the information produced by the Finance Function.A proven ability to liaise with both finance and non-finance colleagues at all levels and demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen is essential for this opportunity.This is a fast-paced environment with a highly collaborative approach to their working style and the ability to work in this manner and ensure team-fit’ is a key criteria.The business is run by intelligent, challenger-type personalities meaning that you will need to be a sharp and strong collaborator.The growth plans are ambitions and it is vital that you will have the drive to match the management team.
