Job Description

Financial Analyst | Central London / Hybrid | Dynamic Hospitality Business | £36-40,000 + bensAn exciting opportunity has arisen at this dynamic hospitality business for a part qualified Accountant to work as a Financial Analyst in a busy team. Key tasks include:

  • Ensuring accurate completion of monthly management accounts ensuring integrity, consistency and providing clear visibility of the financial health of the business.
  • Accurate accounting on income, including accrued and deferred revenue on a monthly basis, with clear visibility and communication to the business on non-current debt.
  • Highlighting and minimising key business risks, by understanding balance sheet position.
  • Understanding and challenging current business practice, identifying and implementing initiatives to improve process and deliver business growth objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, efficient cost control and driving improvements in the working capital.
  • Being proactive in identifying and implementing added value opportunities.
  • Detailed financial analysis and presentation of financial information to support decision making.
To be considered for the role, you will need to have at least 2 years reporting and analytical experience. Strong communication skills are also key, as relaying financial information to non finance people is a key part of the role.
