Meraki Talent are exclusively engaged on the position of Financial Accountant paying £30,000 - £38,000 plus excellent bonus and pension. Its project portfolio is extremely impressive with the ability to get involved with some of the most exciting renewable projects within theworld. These projects range from joint ventures with a 25% stake to full 100% ownership, as well as the full project lifecycle from completed sites that are producing energy to new developments are their infancy. The Role The position of Financial Accountantis an extremely varied role with involvement in controls, processes improvement, systems, balance sheet integrity, transactional finance (A/AR), payroll, risk mitigation. Furthermore, you will work closely with an extremely talented senior finance team acrossall areas of the function including financial accounting, group finance, consolidations, FP&A and management accounting, operational/project accounting. After 18-24 months of successful tenure, the candidate would be supported with an internal application to join functions such as projecting accounting, management accounting, FP&A etc.Candidate Profile To be considered you must be actively studying a professional accountancy qualification with strong communication & stakeholder management skills. Candidates must be able to demonstrate either strong month-end and transactional finance experiencewith process improvement exposure OR a strong internal audit background with a desire to develop their financial accounting experience.
