This newly created role would suit a recently Qualified Accountant, up to someone with a couple of years post-qualified experience ideally in industry. This rapidly growing Challenger bank needs an additional resource in the finance team and can offer the right candidate progression with a good balance of challenges and support.Due to the nature of a young and growing business, there will be plenty of additional project work to go alongside the BAU reporting responsibilities. You’ll work on the implementation of new products to the business, the automation of processes and the general improvement of reporting and MI.You’ll either be making your first move out of practice where you were predominantly involved in the production of financial statements and VAT returns with strong IFRS knowledge or you’ll have been working in industry for a year or two post qualification and are looking for a new challenge.Key Responsibilities:
