Job Description

  • Timely completion of quarterly reports, including commentary, ensuring that the numbers are analysed and challenged where required
  • Monitoring and implementation of controls, acting as an advocate for change
  • Analysis of financial information to support business decisions
  • Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Managerial responsibilities for junior team member, including training and development and performance review.
  • Ownership of annual financial statements preparation and audit process
Profile
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Property industry
  • Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
