An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accounting Analyst (1-2 years PQE+) to join an international law firm based in London working on Group-wide accounting. The firm are extremely well regarded both in the UK and internationally and offer staff a hybridworking model averaging 3 days in the office, as well as a competitive salary, bonus and extensive benefits including an onsite gym.The team the role sits in is responsible for reporting the firms results, including management accounts, statutory accounts, board presentations and analysis, planning/budget/forecasting, key performance indicator data and profitability information. Thisincludes managing the reporting process throughout the firm to ensure consistent, high quality and timely data.Key Responsibilities:-Provision of financial analysis and modelling to provide forecasting of financial results and report insights on trends and issues to senior management.-Provision of financial analysis to support elections to the firms Partnership.-Financial modelling to aid inter-entity revenue sharing transfer pricing decisions.-Cost analysis to aid profitability reporting and pricing analysis.-Regular financial input to firmwide projects.-Provision of commentary and presentations on financial information to ExCom, PB, the CFO and Firmwide Managing Partner.-Data modelling and analysis to support financial elements on papers to the Partnership and others on areas such as financial performance, clients, products and investment performance.About youAbility to understand business, analyse data and provide financial insights.Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.Strong financial accounting skills with up-to-date knowledge of financial reporting standards and requirementsExperience with an international firm/companyAbility to communicate issues to other financial and non-financial personnel, as well as senior management.Extremely organised and able to prioritise and manage workloadExcellent oral and written communication skills.High commitment to attention to detail and accuracy.For this role, a competitive package is on offer including an annual bonus, competitive pension, hybrid working, onsite gym, discounted food etc.
