Job Description

Finance Transformation Organisational Design SpecialistA London based University is currently recruiting for a Finance Transformation OD specialist to work with them as they transform the finance and procurement functions. This is a brilliant opportunity for a an OD Lead who has extensive knowledge of designing new Finance Target Operating Models and embedding overall cultural changes in both finance and procurement divisions.In order to be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Very strong experience leading Transformations from and OD and TOM perspective, within a Finance Transformation.
  • Very strong experience in embedding a business partnering model across a complex organisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate finance to a non-finance based audience.
  • The ability to develop senior relationships and get the necessary buy in from all levels of stakeholders.
  • Proven successes in using insights, trend analysis and contextual understanding to ID new and improved ways of working .
  • Ideally have experience working in an Higher Education environment.
  • Very strong understanding of OD and Change methodologies and how they can be used to influence the success of a programme.
  • Very strong understanding of Finance Business Partnering principles.
  • Accounting qualifications (preferred)

  • Remote initially but London based (Covid rules depending)
  • £600-650 day rate
  • Must be immediately available
