Job Description

Finance Transformation Manager | London (Remote) | up to £80,000 | 12-month FTCWe are working with an ambitious SME who are disrupting their sector and need a Finance Transformation Manager like you to support their growth. The plan is to implement a new billing system and ERP to improve the functionality of finance within the organisation. You will be managing a range of projects and will collaborate with the wider business.This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to indulge in a 12-month finance transformation project and an environment where you will be encouraged to implement your own ideas. They’re ready for the change and need your contribution to succeed.What you will be doing as a Finance Transformation Manager:

  • Taking the lead for implementing a new MS Dynamics ERP Finance Module
  • Collaborate with IT to define a roadmap for the wider ERP implementation
  • Recommend business process improvements across departments including P2P, O2C, assets & stock management
  • Engage with stakeholders and business subject matter experts in workshops to gather business requirements
  • Identify data sources for the finance department and collaborate with IT to improve processes for reporting and analysis
    • What you will need for the role:
  • Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • PQE experience leading on finance transformation / system implementation projects specifically with MS Dynamics
  • Strong experience designing business processes especially with P2P systems
  • Super strong MS Excel skills and good experience with process tools like Jira and Visio
  • Ambition to help a dynamic scale-up SME
    • What would be nice to have:
  • Agile & Prince 2 experience
  • Knowledge of TOGAF architecture
