Job Description

Finance Transformation ManagerUp to £80,000 + benefitsLondon3 Days in the office per week (flexible)STOIX is working on an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to join a world-renowned consumer brand. This business has been at the forefront of their industry for several years and has a global reach. This is a variedand diverse role and is central to the success of the Transformation Programme across the EMEA region.Job PurposeTo deliver lasting change across several work-streams across budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, analytics and insight.This role reports to the Senior FP&A Transformation Manager and requires close partnering with the Technology team, US Office and other operational staff.The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, have strong project management experience and able to implement continuous improvements in the capabilities of a high-performing growth Finance teamKey Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Optimising and embed Anaplan and PowerBI to vastly improve business insights and commercial drivers.
  • Create and maintain strategic road-maps for the Finance teams Transformation journey.
  • Identify potential risks and issues.
  • Partner with the Finance team to implement efficiencies.
  • Partner with the Technology team to deliver efficient and suitable solutions.
  • Presentation to Steering Committees and offering clear and tangible update on progress and milestones ahead.
  • Supporting members of the team with change management engagement with other teams in the business
  • Managing third party consultants.
The successful candidate
  • Demonstrable experience working in Global Transformation Programmes for large scale businesses or consultancies.
  • Extensive Power BI experience.
  • Extensive understanding of Anaplan, especially optimising current usage.
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing large teams across different regions.
  • Effective consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design.
  • Deliver on projects from beginning to end.
  • Good understanding of Finance processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to; manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Multi-site retail or hospitality, large corporate or FMCG experience.
  • Financial analysis or financial planning and reporting experience is preferable.
