A growing Asset Manager based in London.DescriptionFinance Systems Project Manager Responsibilities:

Oversees project teams, work streams, quality management, project financial management, and the methods, standards and guidelines for the project.
Executes day-to-day project leadership in collaboration with the PM
Responsible along with the PM for the overall programme plan
Responsible for ensuring that the project is executed in a way that will meet business objectives
Managing the availability of resources
Responsible for coordinating with other projects
Reporting on status and escalating issues to Steering Committee
Establishes the programme organisation and programme RACI
Manages cutover activities and plan alongside Deloitte PM
Will chair the Design Authority

ProfileFinance Systems Project Manager WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:

TECHINICAL/BUSINESS SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

A solid understanding of at least one ERP or accounting system
Strong understanding of core finance and business processes from a systems and business point of view - e.g. procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, multi-company consolidation
Demonstrable and excellent client and stakeholder skills
Experience in shaping, leading, and developing a project and delivery management capability
Ideally a recognised accounting qualifications such as CIMA, ATT, ACA, ACCA
Other IT project/programme management experience
Experience in managing third-party teams and vendors as part of an overall project
Experience working for a consultancy
A recognised project and/or programme management qualification (e.g. MSP, Prince2, Agile PM)
