Are you immediately available for a minimum 3-month contract and looking for a transactional finance operations role based in LondonAbsolute are partnered with an international business who offer a unique digital product to the commercial & retail real estate space. Currently operating in well over 100 countries, our client is looking for additional support in their finance function, specificallytaking ownership of transactional finance.The role will be based in Central London with easy transport links and offer hybrid working of 2 days per week in the office.Reporting into the Finance operations manager we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, invoicing, accounts receivable, creditcontrol, and accounts payable. They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and collections, as well as maintaining effective communication with suppliers and clients.Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Accounts Receivable and Credit Control* Manage overdue invoices* Reduce and maintain Days Sales outstanding (DSO)* Operate and communicate with business development, customer success and additional teams to ensure accurate data is passed internal across the business in a timely fashion.* Maintain and develop client outreach and communications both manual & automatically.* Ownership of documentation collation for clients to ensure and support timely payments.* Ownership of receivable bank reconciliationsAccounts Payable* Maintain supplier invoices.* Work and communicate with suppliers who require information to collate and provide all necessary documentation.* Assist and play an active role with all finance team members managing processing and reconciling payments.* Report on accounts payable inputs to the finance team for month end process* Ownership of payables bank reconciliation.To be considered for this role you will have a broad transactional accounting background with relevant work experience.We are looking for:* AAT or ACCA/CIMA studier (Advantageous)* NetSuite Experience (Highly Desirable)* Proven experience of debt collection (essential)* Strong attention to detail (essential)* Experience dealing with a backlog of work and high volumes of invoices. (essential)* Intermediates excel (VL/PT)This role be on a day rate offering £150 - £160 per day (inc Holiday Pay) (inside IR35)Initial 3-month contract (potential to be more)Central LondonHybrid Working - 2 days office based
