Finance Manager | Fast Growth Live Music and Events Venue | London Harmonic is excited to be working exclusively with an industry leading, rapidly scaling live music and event venue business, in the search for their next Finance Manager, to facilitate the future growth of the organisation.The Company:Our client has scaled quickly since inception five years ago, with an increasing market share due to the popularity of what they offer. Combining live music, comedy, theatre and more, our client work closely with some of the leading names in their respectivesectors, delivering a truly world class live event service to their customers.With headcount at circa 50 and turnover at £7 million, our client boasts an impressive balance sheet leaving them well placed to continue their growth trajectory. The business also prides themselves on an internal policy of promotion and development, offering exciting future pathways for progression for the successful candidate.The Role:The role will involve working closely with the head of finance who has been in the business for a period of time, rising through the ranks in the process. As the finance manager, you will be responsible for producing the management accounts and offeringsome commercial insight, while also handling some of the transactional duties too.This role, which facilitates hybrid working, will also offer exposure to some of the head of finances responsibilities, including budgeting and forecasting, in line with the desire to train, develop and promote within.
