With this significant backing, the company have scaled rapidly, doubling in size almost year upon year with around 300 employees nowin the space of 6 years.The company have scaled in the last 6 years to have operations working across Europe, North America and the UK. This is an incredible time to join the business as you will be leading the UK Finance function and have great influence with senior stakeholders.There are fantastic growth opportunities on offer, as the business scales you will develop alongside them with the potential to become Financial Controller in 18-24 months.The workplace environment is dynamic with entrepreneurial flair always encouraged. Given the modern approach the company take to work-life balance there is flexibility to work from home, but the ideal candidate will be within close proximity of London wherethe business is looking to launch state-of-the-art offices.The RoleThey are now looking for a newly qualified ACA or CA who can lead the UK finance team. You will work report into the Financial Controller and work closely with them supporting on exciting projects to help scale the company.As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for producing the management accounts and supporting with the financial accounting for the business.
