Job Description

Finance Manager £60,000 to £70,000 Based in NW3, hybridThis market leading property company, based near Swiss Cottage, is looking for a Finance Manager to join it busy finance team. This company has demonstrated excellent growth over recent years and continues its phenomenal success story, as it invests in newventures and continues to win multiple awards.The company operates across the entire real estate life cycle including planning, construction, sales and marketing, and asset management and employs over 140 people.The role of the Finance Manager will based 3 days per week and you will be working within a team of 8 and your responsibilities will incorporate the following: -

  • Overseeing the day to day and monthly financial operations of a number of Regal entities, and managing a team of three to ensure that work is completed in a timely basis
  • Managing the audit process and reviewing corporation tax returns
  • Managing Payroll and benefits filings
  • Overseeing monthly VAT returns, dealing with queries, and registering new entities for VAT
  • Assisting with the monthly development finance drawdown process
  • Tracking development spend against budget
Profile
  • 1-2 years post qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with experience of managing a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and display flexibility to operate in a progressive environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior stakeholders within the business.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to be present at the office.
  • Organised and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple work streams and projects.
