This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build our internal finance team and develop/implement our ways of working. This is currently a part-time role withpotential for full-time in the future.The main responsibilities include:Review of month end reports as produced by external bookkeepersCommissions reconciliations monthlyManage day to day finance operations, working closely with external accountants and bookkeeperWork closely with business owners to build out and track financial planning, forecasting and analysis reportingClear and accurate financial reporting to internal teamStrong cash flow management and communicationStrong cost management and clear communication on forecasts and budgets to the wider team whilst constantly working to identify costs savingsDay-to-day responsibility for review of books and recordsOversee and management of all company invoicingClosely monitor and action upon AR/APStrong FX understanding and managementPresentation of monthly management accounts in timely and accurate manner for internal team with comparisons to budgetReview year end accounts and present internallyWork with the owners on future expansion plansReview monthly payroll and quarterly VAT returns with external accountantsWork with internal sales and merchandising teams to pull the forward sales data and forecasts to update cash flow forecasts and budgetsWork closely with the ERP system to generate commission reportsOversee key contracts including but not limited to agency, property rental, showroom, office management & similarWork closely with our Operations Director on HR & IT functionThis person will be:ACA, ACCA or CIMA accreditedIdeally experience in a similar role or from within a brand or retailerExcellent in their presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)Experienced with XERO & Zedonk helpful but not essentialHappy to work as part of a small but fast-growing teamPro-active in finding and tackling problems within the business
