Finance Manager | Hyper Growth E-Commerce Business | LondonThe clientHarmonic are working exclusively with a disruptive e-commerce and logistics business who are backed by a major international player. The business model has an ethical angle to it as well offering the chance for the team to be proud of what they are achieving alongside significant growth.Given the exceptional circumstances, while the office is open, they are offering remote working for the foreseeable future and are keen to be flexible for anyone with concerns regarding travel and the physical workspace.The roleReporting to the Finance Director this role will be responsible for running the day-to-day Finance function and establishing a much more engrained Business Partnering support service to the wider business. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for building a team with one hire soon after joining. Given the growth the business is experiencing there are clear progression opportunities to Financial Controller and beyond.
