Job Description

Finance Manager - Asset Management/Investment Sector London - City (flexible working)£60,000/£65,000 + bonus Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering a global investment multi-manager who provide investment management and advisory services and are backed by a global market leader.They are seeking a Finance Manager who will be responsibleof accounting processes , management Information and will also be directly involved in the capital management of the group.The role is all encompassing and duties will involve..

  • Oversight of statutory accounts
  • Ensure documentation of Transfer Pricing arrangements across entities to comply with arms-length principle.
  • Accountable for reporting to the Board and analysis of variances vs Budget
  • Accountable for planning activities (monthly forecasts, Strategic Planning), working with the different functions to define key assumptions.
  • Capital Management and ICAAP
  • Lead financial element of ICAAP including operational risk quantification and stress test scenarios
  • Monitor and report on capital adequacy
  • Accountable for regulatory reporting
