Responsibilities - Ensure current processes / procedures are optimised and design / implement new ones as required - Oversight of the valuation and NAV production process ensuring this is delivered on time - Ensure liquidity of funds - Work with the TPAand review production of annual and semi-annual accounts - Support tax team as required Requirements - Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or similar) - Ideally you will have between 5 - 8 years post qualified experience - Experience in private equity /alternative fund environment - Excellent working knowledge of IFRS and / or US GAAP - Ability to build complex financial models - Liquidity reporting experience (ILAAP) - Ability to work at Senior Management and C-Suite level
