Job Description

Partner Financial have been retained by a listed property group operating across Europe. Dedicated to sustainability and meeting the needs of its clients, the brand is involved in a wide range of projects and provides a revolutionary approach to the market,transforming the industry. The group offers a progressive work environment and culture, providing an opportunity to make a real impact.This opportunity will suit a driven, well-organized, and detail-oriented individual. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will assume control over all financial aspects related to the different projects of the group, whilemanaging financial reporting and monitoring investments across the European region.Key responsibilities

  • Owning the production of Management Accounts and tracking the performance of different group entities
  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes across the different entities
  • Working alongside other members of the financial team in the Group’s reporting process
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis and reporting to support senior management
  • Developing a robust understanding of the financial aspects of the business to promote and implement control mechanisms
  • Supporting stakeholders across different entities providing ad hoc financial advice
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within the Property or Real Estate sector will be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and IFRS accounting standards
  • Experience with multi-currency transactions and preparing multiple accounts is essential
  • Ability to work independently and with colleagues in different areas of the business, as well as being part of the finance team
