Job Description

This newly created Finance Manager will form a key part of the Finance team for a rapidly growing Fintech Firm Paying £65,000 to £75,000 depending on experience and currently operating a 3 day a week in the office with a Discretionary bonus. Locatedright next to Liverpool StreetRoleThis Finance Manager Role will help the Fintech Firm scale the finance function, put new processes in place and refine existing ones. Key responsibilities included.

  • Monthly reporting for the entities that are allocated to this role
  • Completion and overview of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Working with the business to understand the P&L fluctuations and providing commentary on variances.
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Work closely with UK Finance team and provide cover for other team members.
  • Work closely with external auditors for the annual audit and support the preparation of the statutory accounts
  • Support the budget process
  • Manage of 2 junior staff members
  • Contribute to various projects, such as automation and improvement of current processes and reports
ProfileThe Finance Manager Role for this Fintech firm is ideally looking for.
  • Qualified- (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
  • Someone whos had at least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Someone from Financial Services
  • Someone whos Managed a team/ Supervisory experience.
