Finance Manager - Series B scale-up - Shoreditch (hybrid working) - £60k + 10% bonus + 27 days holidaysA unique opportunity to develop under an impressive, enthusiastic and high-energy Financial Controller and Finance Director who will support your rapid progression and give you real autonomy to excel in your role.This is a true hybrid role supporting the FC on all aspects of Finance including both the financial reporting and FP&A with the support of a junior Accountant. This profitable business operates in the Tech start-up industry with a strong revenue model, arealready operating internationally, and forecasting to 2X in revenue over the next 24 months - for which you will get to play a key leadership role in this journey with the chance for lucrative reward for high performance.This position will give you full P&L, BS and Cash Flow exposure, oversight for financial operations covering AP, AR and Payroll; and treasury management. The Finance Manager will ensure the business has sufficient cash to operate, controlling costs, collectingrevenues and reporting accurate information to the key stakeholders internally and externally, including the Management Team, and Investors.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong accounting who is looking to move into a broad Finance Manager role gaining experience across FP&A and financial reporting.
