Actively participates in all finance cycle processes (reporting, estimates, Budget) whilst supporting the team for all ad-hoc queries.Key responsibilities

  • Assist the team with reporting deadlines (calculations/checks/variance analysis/data loads in Prisma/EPM).
  • Build forecasting models to calculate the revenue for budget/estimate.
  • Owner of the Nynox tool used for the calculation of pricing rebates.
  • Take active part in the S&OP process and provide missing CM rates.
  • Provide input for key rates used in the budget/estimate and reporting scenarios:
- Maintain the transfer pricing files and liaise with the Brand Owners and Operations team to update the latest transfer price lists, assist with queries on invoices.- Maintain the standard cost master files.- Assist with the master price list used for estimates/budget scenarios.
  • Liaise with the finance team and support them for all Group projects (EPM implementation) plus local projects.
  • Work on preparing audit backups.
  • Maintain mappings for MDH, Data Warehouse, Essbase and work with the BI analyst to ensure systems are aligned.
  • Half year and year end requirements.
  • Ad hoc duties/projects.

About you
  • Prior finance internships in FP&A and/or Commercial finance
  • Experience in FMCG, retail or drinks industry
  • Degree educated
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Experience in manipulating large volumes of data, creating top level summaries and extracting insightful outputs
  • Proactive, quick learner
  • Able to adapt to different cultures
