With a proven, game changing product portfolio in place and a rapidly growing international sales pipeline, the time to join this already highly successful and entrepreneurial business is now.As part of the ongoing international growth of the business it is now seeking a talented Finance Director to play a critical role in the scale up of a key business area.Reporting to the Group CFO in this highly visible role, the position includes:

  • Lead financial advisor on major business unit growth plan, playing a key role in driving performance against strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Drive financial management and insight enabling sound decision making and steering business success, through commercial support & financial analysis of performance
  • Provide insight, analysis and recommendations in relation to growth assessment and improvement, financial sustainability, and investment cases
  • Drive improved yet simplified data insight through the organisation, partnering business heads and facilitating transparent understanding of business performance
  • Advising on pricing strategy and structure, expansion into new markets, ongoing investment business cases, customer profitability etc
  • Deliver management information and developing new reports and models that are appropriate for senior level non-finance stakeholder consumption
    • As a highly credible finance professional with impressive levels of gravitas, drive and intellectual horsepower, you will be capable of translating complex financial information into readily digestible insight for the Senior Leadership Team.With in-depth commercial acumen and demonstrable experience of partnering Sales, Strategy, Development and Product roll out teams across International jurisdictions, you will have the talent to excel within an agile, innovative and fast paced environment.Personality and behaviours are a key element for the successful candidate.
