THE SEARCH: Altus Partners are excited to be partnered with a Private Equity backed software business which just secured significant funding from some of the worlds leading investors. The business has a global presence and this role can be based eitherfrom London or Oslo. Their new investment will help fuel an aggressive push into the US market and further development of new innovative technology that will keep them at the forefront of their industry. They are seeking a Divisional Director of Finance tohelp facilitate their growth plans. This is a truly unique opportunity to be a part of a new technology unicorn and one of Europes most exciting businesses.THE ROLE: Work closely with the CFO/VP Strategy/CEO on strategic project work Help prepare the businessfor an exit event within the next 4 years Lead finance for one of the groups largest business units Oversee the businesses financial planning, budgeting and forecasting Develop in-depth insights into the businesses drivers and financial forecasts Produce boardpack information to be presented regularly to internal and external stakeholders Lead and develop other members of the finance team Drive the month-end and year-end reporting requirements Have extensive interaction with external investment teams THE REQUIREMENTS:Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with 10+ years experience Experience working within a private equity/venture capital backed environment desirable Experience of M&A/Corporate development beneficial Experience working in a listed business beneficialHands-on attitude
