Based at their London office you will report the CEO and work closely with the other executives across the business. You will lead a team of 5 finance staff to deliver all required management & financial reporting, complete all AP/Billings and reconciliations and any other finance related tasks. You will also be involved in future M&A activities, restructuring of the team, processes and systems and help to position the business for either an MBO or sale in 2-3 years. They are ideally looking to appoint someone that has an understanding of the media sector, gained by having worked in a finance management role at a growing media business. They are looking for a strong people manager, someone that can work autonomously and that can add value to the team. The role will pay circa £75-85k, bonus (15-20%) and pension
