Job Description

Finance Director | Health-care | £90,000 - £100,000 + bonus My client is looking for a Finance Director to lead the finance team due to recent growth. As the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the organisations financial health.The role includes (but is not limited to):

  • Financial Modelling
  • Strategic and proactive advice to the finance team and CFO
  • Full ownership of the short and long term financial plans and developing where necessary
  • Production of statutory accounts, bank and cash management
  • Production of high quality and timely management information, tax and VAT advice and returns
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Meeting strategic KPIs
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong modelling skills and willingness to learn
  • Strong understanding of balance sheets, cash flow and P&L
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships across all levels of the business
  • Previous experience within a similar role is preffered
  • Professional qualification in finance - CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA
