Job Description

Robertson Bell are delighted to be working with a large well known Charity organisation as they look to recruit a dynamic Finance Business Partner to their team for an initial one year contract. They are able to offer hybrid working with one day a week requiredin the office. Due to the growing nature of the organisation there is a strong chance this role could develop in to a permanent post in time.Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders to produce accurate and regular reports and projections to help shape the organisations strategy.
  • Meeting with budget holders to provide a first class business partnering service around forecasting, analysis and supporting business planning.
  • Supporting on the development of the organisations financial reporting capabilities and further automation of processes.
  • Providing effective team management to a small team of part qualified and newly qualified accountants.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation enhanced financial control processes and procedures across the organisation.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
  • Previous experience of finance business partnering within a complex organisation.
  • A full CCAB accountancy qualification.
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Strong communication skills.
