If you’re talented, hard-working and make a habit out of dreaming big, we’d like to hear from you.Your new RoleDoctor Care Anywhere is seeking to hire a Finance Business Partner to take ownership of a key area of the commercial finance function through a phase of explosive growth. The successful candidate will be a crucial member of the finance team, providing financial support to operational departments and relevant and insightful analysis to the leadership team.The key tasks in your new role with us

  • Support delivery of new projects and initiatives through the preparation of business cases
  • Challenge business costs and work with operational teams to identify improved solutions
  • Support the sales team in the pricing of new contracts and services
  • Track and analyse profitability of existing clients
  • Support the supplier management function during procurement cycles
  • Support continuous improvement across the organisation
  • Tracking of and reporting on financial and operational KPIs, using data and analysis to drive insights
  • Assisting in preparation of presentations and supporting reporting/analysis for senior management and the Board
  • Supporting fundraising and other corporate finance initiatives
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis
    • Hopefully a description of you and your experience!
  • Newly qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience in a commercial finance role (preferably including experience of working in SMEs in the healthcare / technology industries), to include:
  • Playing a key role in monthly forecasting and analysis processes
  • Business case preparation
  • Analysing client profitability / project ROI
  • Advanced Excel user, with the ability to build and manage complex financial models
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Able to distil and present complex financial analysis to non-finance staff
  • Comfortable interacting with and managing multiple stakeholders, including senior management
  • Well organised, able to prioritise and work under pressure to deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment
