Job Description

Finance Business Partner | £47-52k| Permanent| Well-known Commercial Venue | Hybrid working An iconic concert venue is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the team during an exciting change. This role will be focused on leading the full management reporting function and delivering sound advice to stakeholders to help them understandtheir budgets and forecasting from a commercial perspectiveResponsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organisation
  • Lead on all month-end reporting and provide insightful analysis and commentary on budgets vs actuals
  • Identify areas of improvement across processes and procedures.
  • Prepare all aspects of the complex management accounts packs (various income streams)
  • Work towards preparation and reporting of the annual budget
  • Prepare cash-flow forecasting
The ideal candidate:
  • Experience in working in a commercial setting - ideally a venue/arts space
  • Strong business partnering and management accounting experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experienced accountant - ideally qualified, if not QBE
  • A proactive and motivated individual keen to assist in the continual growth of the organisation
This role will be working circa 3 days in their North London office and offers a fantastic culture including a strong team to work with.
