Finance Business Analyst - MS Dynamics 365 / NavisionLondon with some flexible working - c£60,000 - £70,000 with excellent benefits including bonusFinance Business Analyst ( System Analyst / Finance Analyst / Finance System Support / Development ) with specific strengths in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV (Navision) systems required for our client based in West London (Richmond, Kew, Acton, Ealing, Brentford).Our Client is a brand leader in the retail / hospitality sector with significant investment plan across their entire application portfolio. Reporting to the IT Applications Manager and working as part of the IT team, the Finance Business / System Analyst will play a key role in shaping the systems, processes and procedures of the organisation as they embark on the implementation of a new finance system MS Dynamics Business Central. As well as working on the MS Dynamics Business Central project, your main task as the Finance Business / System Analyst is to maintain the integrity of the data within the financial systems and ensuring theyre working at an optimal level. You will be involved with reviewing and analysing the existing applications and platforms and overseeing future improvements. Core day to day tasks include; * Lead contact within the IT team for system issues and liaise with the Finance team and external suppliers as applicable to resolve. * De-bugging, trouble shooting and problem-solving errors as theyre raised by users of the system. * Monitoring the performance and usability of new Finance & BI system and gathering feedback from all stakeholders. * Responsible for data integrity/completeness and accuracy across the BI systems and ensuring all testing is appropriately documented. * Ensure systems and controls are fully documented and kept up to date * Ensure all the IT & Finance Team are fully trained to maximise the benefit from the systems as they are developed To be considered for the post you will need to tick of most of the following criteria; * Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV (Navision)* Direct experience managing systems or platform improvements * Financial background combined with in-depth systems and IT experience. * Experience of Finance Transformation / ERP Implementation Projects * Experience of Business Intelligence / Management Reporting systems * Ability to produce end user training material * Technical skill set including C/AL, C/Side, AL Extension & Visual Studio * UAT Experience In return for your expertise our client can promise a challenging growth position, working with some great people in an environment where you will really be allowed to make your mark.
