We are seeking a Purchase Ledger to join our Finance department. The successful post holder will record, process and progress chasing of supplier invoices from receipts through to authorisation for payment. With a good general education including GCSE Maths (A*-C) you will have excellent organisation skills and the experience of Purchase Ledger processes. Responsibilities will include matching purchase orders to purchase invoices and distributing petty cash all in line with the College Financial Regulations. You will also be required to liaise with external suppliers regarding invoice and payment enquiries. The salary for this post is up to £21,765.
