Job Description

About the CompanyMy client is a rapidly growing Private Healthcare organisation based in North East London.About the RoleDuties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting purchase ledger (dealing with queries and helping to post invoices)
  • Posting journals at month end
  • Help with banking
  • Be a contact point for the business when helping with queries
  • Maintaining/updating information within systems
  • financial (SAGE, Xero)
  • non-financial (Bizimply - a time and attendance system)
  • Updating reports on a regular basis
  • Various ad hoc duties as they arise
Skills & Experience
  • Working towards a qualification AAT/ACA/CIMA/ACCA
  • Experience with Accounts Payables
  • Understands debits/credits and has posted journal previously
  • Comfortable using and learning different systems
  • Comfortable interacting with non-finance colleagues
  • Excel experience (Intermediate level - VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS) - ideally
  • Needs to be accurate with attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic team player,
  • Flexible; willing to help where needed
  • Dealing with multiple tasks, deadlines
