Job Description

  • Take full ownership over the accounts payable process up to BACs runs, ensuring all supplier invoices are processed correctly and approved in a timely manner.
  • Aid in the smooth processing of accounts payable function by setting up new vendor accounts on the finance system when required.
  • Hold key oversight of the lettings function, raising invoices to customers and effectively following up to ensure it has been paid in time.
  • Be fully responsible for the processing of petty cash and credit card transactions and then creating and posting journals.
  • Perform reconciliations for four bank accounts, maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure theyre accurate.
Based in North London, this role offers a hybrid working pattern, allowing you to work from home one day a week, a competitive pension scheme, a generous annual leave allowance and free lunch when working on-site!The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least one years experience working in a Finance Assistant role, with a great understanding of bookkeeping, debits and credit.
  • Experience using an accounting system such as Sage 200, Agresso or similar and pick up new softwares easily.
  • Great communication skills and a friendly and personable demeanour with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • A great work-ethic and the desire to learn and take on more responsibility as they progress and grow into their role.
