Job Description

I am currently partnering with a Real Estate and Logistics company that operates across Europe, to recruit a Finance Analyst. This is a fantastic role with a huge scope for progression.

  • Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
  • Location: Mayfair
  • Hybrid: 3 days in and 2 days at home
This is a very varied role fund accounting work streams with the opportunity to take on other commercial finance tasks when not busy with the key fund accounting tasks below.Duties include but not limited to:
  • Review of primary accounting records.
  • Overseeing timely, accurate management accounts for SPVs and fund consolidation in local GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP reporting.
  • Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, income statements and cashflow statements accordingly for SPVs.
  • Production of MSCI reporting and internal property fund returns.
  • Managing budgets and forecasting.
  • Review of fund tax returns, VAT returns, CIT returns and other tax compliance in UK and European jurisdictions.
  • Supervising fund administrators with cash management and liaising with Lenders re roll-overs and interest payments, monitoring and reporting on loan covenants.
  • Management of accounts payables and receivables, along with intercompany transfers in fund structures.
You will:
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting
  • Native French, German, Dutch or Italian language (preferred)
  • Microsoft office skills (Excel AND PowerPoint)
  • Real estate background (preferred)
  • Relevant experience within private equity (preferred)
  • Hard-working with an ability to work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment
