Finance AnalystLocation - LondonSalary - £172.62- £189.60 Per dayDuration - On going contract Benefits: Holiday - 25 days per annum plus bank holidays, Access to staff sales discount, Access to Reward Plus discount shopping and Government pension auto-enrolment from 12 weeks.Summary of a Finance AnalystIn this role, you will be the finance partner and trusted adviser to our clients advertising sales team, ensuring that the drivers of performance are well understood, and providing your business partners with actionable insights.Responsibilities of a Finance Analyst Own month end forecasting, reporting and planning for the entire Business Development function Work alongside finance teams to ensure successful month end reporting for Revenue and Cost Assisting the business with budgeting and cost queries to track against forecast and yearly planning Working with clients for Invoicing and reconciling for reporting to HQ and allowing for a smooth monthly billing cycle Work with finance teams to ensure that the full end to end workflow (from client set up, credit checking and FX updates through to invoice billing) is customer centric and robust Work with Internal teams to establish financial control and provide financial insights to the Business Development function Simplification, improvement and scaling of existing processes and tools as we migrate to Salesforce Partner with finance teams and international teams to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance Build and maintain key reporting metrics that drive business performance Generate adhoc financial reporting and models for the ESBO leadership teamKey competencies of a Finance Analyst Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related field Experience in financial reporting, planning and forecasting Great partner management skills and strong social skills required Attention to detail, ability to multitask Must be task driven & have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment Advanced Excel skills are required, including a deep understanding of formulas, macros, pivot tables Experience working with Salesforce - a plus Experience working with Operative .One - a plus Experience working with SAP - a plus SQL skills - a plus Experience working with statistical analysis/tools - a plus Familiarity with media, TV measurement - a plus Strong written and verbal communication skillsPlease note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
