You will need to work as a cohesive member of the team and provide support and facilitation across the Company as required.Key Responsibilities Day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Financial AdministrationWorking withHead of Business Operations to oversee the accounts process including: Balance sheet & P&L monitoring including monthly journals. Running the payroll function including salary payments. Raising client invoices, inputting supplier invoices and processing supplierpayments. Updating cashflow forecasts. Bank and credit card reconciliations. Supplier account management. Managing expense claims Ordering foreign currency and distributing Per DiemsGeneral Assistance Filing, record keeping and document management Any furthergeneral or administrative tasks reasonably requestedCharacter Profile 3 years proven experience working in a finance role A proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly Absolute discretion and a proven track record of handlingsensitive information A knowledge and interest in the performing arts, exhibitions or design sectorsSkillsEssential: A solid understanding of bookkeeping, financial administration and finance reporting Excellent administration skills and attention to detailExcellent computer literacy A good knowledge of accounting softwareDesirable: Accountancy qualification.LocationThis role will be based out of our London office, with options for remote/home working.
