Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our finance team with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilitieswill include assisting with monthly reporting, coordinating payment runs, managing transactions, handling supplier payments, reconciling credit card statements, preparing VAT returns, and organising auditor samples.Perks and Benefits:

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a finance administration role is highly desirable.
  • Strong administration experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Concur is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other finance-related software.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in French or German is a bonus.
