Full training/experience on Konica Minolta is required for this position, as is a full UK drivers licence. The expected duties and ideal experience for the successful engineer are as follows:Main duties for the Photocopier Field Service Engineer: * Responding to and completing calls * Carry out all necessary repairs and maintenance, ensure all photocopiers are in good working order and reporting any major faults* Manager customer satisfaction throughout the full process* Continuously manage machine and part stock Required experience for the photocopier engineer:* Experience in installing print drivers, networked devices, and related software is essential * Experience/training on Konica Minolta is essential* Full UK drivers licence The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is looking to really invest in a company and continue to grow and develop alongside them, and has direct, relevant experience as a photocopier engineer.
