Job Description

Field Service Network Engineer - £Dependent on experience Backbone Connect are a rapidly growing IT Managed Services Business with a focus on providing highly responsive service and a range of integrated infrastructure solutions to businesses across the UK.We are now searching for a customer focused Field Service Network Engineer to join our busy Service Delivery Team to install our solutions and delight our clients.You will be part of a highly customer focused team to install our connectivity solutions for our customers.The role will predominantly involve travel around London and the home counties, however there will be a need to travel around the rest of the UK as required.Ideal skills and experience:

  • 4+ Years experience in network infrastructure environment
  • Ideal candidate will have experience working for an internet service provider
  • Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience.
  • Great initiative when problem solving
  • Great communication skills with the ability to build rapport clients and colleagues
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure to rapidly changing circumstances
  • Clean driving license and own transport.
