Job Description Morgan McKinley is excited to work with a leading Tech company for a Field Sales & Marketing Program Manager - EMEA role! Duration - 12 months RESPONSIBILITIES: • Organise, communicate and drive key priorities as agreed upon with EMEA Field Sales & marketing lead to execute annual plans in the region • Grow sales revenue, market share, brand advocacy and purchase consideration • Work with Global team to set strategic direction and measurable KPIs for third party agency • Partner with agency to ensure best in class programs are built and executed against • Manage performance of agencys field sales team which will include holding account team and field management to program standards /results, such as budget and ROI targets • Manage performance of agencys field team which will include holding account team and field management program standards which best represent the brand • Set and manage KPIs and sales targets with the agencies, provide regular feedback and guidance to ensure the field teams are hitting expectations, and the agencies are held accountable to performance • Facilitate weekly conference calls and daily communication with the agency team. • Support and motivate the agency field and account team to provide added value to the program and to achieve goals and objectives. • Work with Global Training Lead on local training content and deployment. • Analysis of competitive strategies, products & promotions • Build and maintain relationships with key sales leaders, including field based representatives • Reports key activities regarding sales, competitive position, and customer issues/inquiries to leadership as actionable insights • Work with agency partners to build and staff Retailer Event (both in person and virtual) • Validate, analyze and interpret a broad range of retail-related data including industry trends, competitor pricing, competitor incentives, promotional activities, and customer and RSA brand preference/sentiment. • Conduct formal quarterly field audits with agency partners to assess training, advocacy, demonstration and visibility of our brands in store. Provide detailed constructive feedback Minimum Qualifications : • Experience working with agencies for innovation and continual improvement • 5+ years of program management, retail management, field management, or territory management, experience in a field sales /retail environment • Experience managing retail sales reps, brand event ambassadors and training representatives • Experience streamlining and improving processes, and troubleshooting • Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies • Strong ability to take analysis, data, and insights and turn them into actionable items with a strong focus on driving fundamental improvements • Clear understanding of the retail EMEA landscape with expertise in 3PR • Excellent project management skills required • Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail, able to detect inconsistencies and errors • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible • Experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure varies • Excellent communicator, superb verbal and written communication • Passionate about new technologies and GTM strategy and execution Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
