Job Description

  • £39,000 - £50,000p/a DOE
We are seeking an FF&E/ Procurement Designer to join an established practice based in London. Working across a number of sectors, you will have exposure to incredible projects and you will be responsible for creating beautiful work whilst taking the upmostpride in everything that you do. With projects all across the globe, this role will enable you to work on a variety of projects in a mixture of locations. This role will focus on managing very large and mostly complex Installations, Procurement and FF&E Budgets.For this role, it is essential you have had experience of working within the Interior Design space.A snapshot of the day-to-day responsibilities;
  • Working collaboratively, you will be creating and maintaining the installation schedule as well as preparing furniture procurement and installation plans
  • Ensure projects are specified and delivered to the clients expected timeframe
  • Coordinate procurement, manage sample orders as well as monitor other junior members of staff within the library
  • Pushing the boundaries of creativity within the team, always confident to share ideas and challenge other colleagues to find the most inspirational routes
  • Have a naturally good eye for detail
  • Demonstrate the ability to create beautiful designs on any budget the client requires
  • Understand the process to creating beautiful bespoke furniture, joinery, lighting and bespoke items
  • Predict any major issues in advance and be able to think ahead to avoid problems that would cause delay to the project
