Our ecommerce is www.doublesecond.comDescription• Working in a fast pace environment.• Responsible for maintaining the flow of accurate data and ensuring that all relevant files and Critical Paths are up to date.• Attending meetings and building relationships with internal and external teams.• Raising purchase orders, amending where necessary.• Booking in stock and setting up product codes.• Stock counting and QC checking of stock• Uploading stock on our website and other platforms• Checking orders and Processing refunds• Writing product descriptions for new styles.• Liaising with import department to ensure they are informed of any delivery amendments.• Attending Photoshoots, assisting the director on shoot days, filming behind the scenes for social media• Working with the designers, garment techs, suppliers and customer.• Liaising with influencers and marketing companies.• General Customer service and admin work• Assisting the director on day-to-day tasks
