***FAMILY SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED******Tradewind Social Care are currently recruiting for Family Support Workers to support and deliver person centred care to Young Families in a Residential setting.Our client recognises that children and parents who need residential support are often exceptionally vulnerable and because continuity of care is vital, our specialists continue to work with families as they complete the transition of returning to their everydaylives.The home is a safe and welcoming environment, and candidates are to support and continually re-evaluate the needs of families during their stay.You will be required to work with social workers, mental health specialists, childrens nurses, health visitors, midwives, psychiatrists and psychologists and teachers.You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills to communicate with commissioning agencies every step of the way.
