Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Facilities professional to join one of our clients who are Central London based national body. Working at a stunning Grade I listed building, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has both varied Facilities administrationand Health and Safety compliance experience. Flexibility is key - with the desire to be involved in all areas of facilities including hands on operational facilities duties, and facilities data collection and reporting.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing onboarding processes for new staff members
  • Keeping all contract info up to date
  • Being responsible for data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Ensuring CAFM systems are kept up to date
  • Monitoring and scheduling maintenance
  • General departmental administration
You will be willing and keen, and looking for a new challenge where you will play a pivotal role in a small but busy facilities team.
