Job Description

Facilities Manager from a managing agent background who enjoys developing client relations Im looking for someone with good facilities management experience and who loves working with the clients and tenants and gets a buzz from giving the best service. This central London based Facilities Manager role needs an ambassador, adept at providing a genuine first-class experience and someone who knows how to ensure tenants are properly looked after. You must have previous experience managing commercial multi-tenanted & multi-site portfolio within a managing agent environment as Facilities Manager and where you have put together service charge budgets. Facilities Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a seamless service to tenants
  • Managing tenant and end client relationships
  • Running both hard & soft services to a high standard
  • Leading a small team of FM and front of house professionals across the portfolio
  • Facilities Management and implementing facilities management contracts
  • Service charge budget - setting and managing
  • Tenant & client liaison
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Service driven approach
